13th Annual Summer Session on Contemplative Learning in Higher Education

August 6-August 11, 2017

I am deeply honored to be one of the Summer Session faculty this summer at C-Mind's summer session, along with Dr. Kakali Bhattacharya and Dr. Ram Mahalingam. Our sessions will be exploring how contemplative practices can deepen our own self-reflection about social justice and can enhance our pedagogy in the classroom. This year's summer session will focus on the intersection of social justice and contemplative practices and pedagogy, with a deep intention of centering hands-on and embodied activities. We will be working closely with other awesome colleagues, Dr. Lenwood Hayman, Dr. Steven Murphy-Shigematsu, and Katja Hahn d'Errico. The session is held on the beautiful Smith College Campus.
